Lance Melber - CEO
Prior to joining Data Locker, Mr. Melber served as the CEO of eSmartloan.com, which was acquired by Capital One in 2005. Mr. Melber brings an extensive background as a technology innovator and entrepreneur to his leadership role for Data Locker's global sales, field marketing and partner strategies.
After selling eSmartloan.com to Capital One, Melber remained the acting president for the new Capital One Home Loans. In less than two years, the company tripled in employees and increased its loan volume from $1.2 billion to $3.8 billion.
Jay W Kim - Co-Founder / COO
After founding Data Locker in 2007, Mr. Kim led the company's growth and development until the closing of its Series A round of financing in 2010. Mr. Kim brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
David J. Kim - Co-Founder / CTO
As the founder of IOTEK, the predecessor to Data Locker, Mr. Kim has led all phases of Data Locker's product development efforts. As the holder of numerous IT patents, Mr. Kim has sucessfully started and exited three IT hardware startups over the past 20 years.
Augustine Yang - CFO/VP of Business Development
Prior to joining Data Locker, Mr. Yang served as General Manager for New Business Ventures for Hallmark Cards as well as Corporate Strategy Director and Corporate Finance Director. Mr. Yang brings over 15 years of experience in business development, finance and strategic planning.
Jon Darbyshire - Director
Mr. Darbyshire was Founder and CEO of Archer Technologies which was acquired by RSA, The Security Division of EMC, in January 2010. He founded Archer Technologies in 2000 with a vision to create enterprise-wide IT risk and compliance management solutions that would replace traditional manual processes and disparate point solutions. Mr. Darbyshire’s vision evolved into the award-winning Archer eGRC solution suite, which today is utilized by 1 in 3 of the Fortune 100 and more than 6.5 million users around the globe.
Gary Fish - Director
Gary is the founder and CEO of FishNet Security, Inc. Mr. Fish founded FishNet Security in 1996 and, since its inception, has led the organization to be the fastest growing and most respected information security firms in the United States. FishNet with over 400 employees and more than 400 Million in revenue is the largest private Information Security Solutions Provider in the country. Mr. Fish is a serial entrepreneur, founding and owning numerous ventures, and is involved with multiple boards and philanthropic efforts.
